Cancellation & Refund Policy
- We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel or reschedule a tour or photography workshop. At Parag Kapadia, we have a cancellation policy in place to address such situations. Please familiarise yourself with the following details regarding our cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Period:
- Tours and Workshops: If you need to cancel your participation in a wildlife trip or photography workshop, we require a minimum cancellation notice of 25 days before the scheduled start date. This allows us enough time to make necessary arrangements
- Private Tours: For customised private tours, the cancellation notice period may vary depending on the specific arrangements made. Our team will provide you with the applicable cancellation terms at the time of booking.
- Cancellation Charges apply For our Guided Photo tours and Wildlife group tours

- 100% of the tour cost to be paid before the tour starts. Payment can be made in two installments. Maiden installment at the time of booking and remaining 30 days before the tour commences. We also provide a Credit note which you can issue against cancellation/refunds depending upon the time you cancel.
- 50% of the tour cost will be Non refundable at any cost as the safari permits once booked are non transferable and non refundable. This is sadly not under our control as its the forest departments rule in india and hence the strict cancellation policy.Balance 50% of the total tour cost is refundable/credit note if cancelled 25 days prior to the tour date.
- 30% of the total tour cost is refundable/credit note if cancelled between 24th to 15 days prior to the tour date.No refund or Credit note can be issued if canceled within 15 days of the tour date or No Show.
- The refund/credit note request shall be in written format and must be mailed to Paragkapadia50@gmail.com.
- For Customised vacations: The cancellation charges for private tours will be communicated to you at the time of booking, and they may vary depending on the complexity of the itinerary and the arrangements made.The refund/credit note request shall be in written format and must be mailed to ParagKapadia50@gmail.com
- Refunds and Credits:The date of E-Mail communication of intent to cancel/issue a credit note is considered as the date for calculation of the refund. The date of cancellation fee is counted from the day of tour commencement.Refunds shall be made within 4 – 8 working days to the same account via which the payment was made.
- Force Majeure:In exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule trips and workshops. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives or offer a refund or credit for future use, depending on the circumstances.
- We strongly recommend reviewing our cancellation policy before making a booking with our services. Our policy aims to ensure fairness to all participants while considering the commitments and costs involved in organising these experiences. Before you embark on any of our wildlife travel experiences, we kindly ask you to carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions:Terms and Conditions of our services include all of the below but are not limited to any other services (which are not mentioned below) that we provide now or in the future.
- Payment Policies:By booking any of our wildlife travel tours or photography teaching programs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
All bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
To secure your reservation, a deposit or full payment may be required. The specific payment terms will be communicated during the booking process.
- Cancellation and Refunds:If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees WILL apply (50% of the tour amount), and the amount refunded will depend on the time of cancellation and any non-refundable expenses incurred. (cancellation at the last moment, the money will be kept & count as you have traveled).In the event that we have to cancel a wildlife travel tour or photography teaching program due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or a full refund.Please check our Cancellation and Refund Policy for every tour/service which is mentioned in the information panel.
- Changes To This Agreement:We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site.Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. Please review thia Agreement periodically for changes.If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access, or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
- Health Safety:Participation in our wildlife travel tours or photography teaching programs may involve physical activities and potential risks associated with wildlife encounters and outdoor environments. You acknowledge and accept these inherent risks and agree to comply with safety instructions provided by our guides or instructors.You are responsible for assessing your own physical fitness and suitability for participation. It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional if you have any health concerns that may affect your ability to participate safely.
- Loss Or Damage:Any loss, damage, expense, costs, delay, or other liability whatsoever (including without limitation any financial losses such as loss of profit) which you may incur as a result of any event beyond our reasonable control (including without limitation any failure of transmission, communication, computer or other facilities, error or delay in the sending or receiving of any notice or communication or instruction through the post or any electronic medium).
- Documentation:It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess the necessary passports, visas, health certificates, and any other required travel documents for the destinations included in your itinerary (Gov. approved).You are responsible for any costs or consequences arising from non-compliance with entry requirements or failure to obtain necessary travel documentation.
- We do not accept any liability for:Damage to your computer system or loss of data or other proprietary material that results from your use of the Website or in connection with your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
- Any loss, damage, expense, costs, delay or other liability whatsoever (including without limitation any financial losses such as loss of profit) which you may incur as a result of any event beyond our reasonable control (including without limitation any failure of transmission, communication, computer or other facilities or your inability to access the Website for any reason or any failure, error or delay in the sending or receiving of any notice or communication or instruction through the post or any electronic medium)
- While we endeavor to correct any errors or omissions as soon as possible once they have been brought to our notice, we do not promise that the information on the Website will be free from errors or omissions.
